Exquisite Craftsmanship
This home in Granton is the newest JTS achievement. We are so happy with how this home was finished off. We love the dramatic kitchen/living/dining area flowing out onto the deck which also wraps around to the master suit. Everyone at JTS enjoyed the challenge of this stunning home and we were grateful to have won the 2021 HIA Bathroom Design Award for the ensuite at Granton.
PENNA
Coastal meets country
The access to this house made it a tricky build but the view was very worth it. The style of this home makes it warm and inviting but our favourite feature is the high ceilings, the windows and skylights especially in the open plan kitchen/living/dining with that gorgeous fireplace. We are very sure the owners are enjoying the warm sun and stunning view from their newly finished JTS home.
KINGSTON
Modern convenience
This home was a joy to build, situated on a convenient, flat block, the home was a great mix of modern yet homely. We think the kitchen is a beautiful feature with a hidden butler's pantry to top it off! A fantastic floorplan that provides sun throughout the main living areas but allows for that privacy we all need in suburbia.
